Software development

Customised Solutions is the solution here, handling complex tasks such as fully automated database connections, PLC and CNC technology with intuitive operating concepts. Proactive implementation in close cooperation and constant consultation with the customer, realised by specialists who know what is important. In order to fulfil our function as a system integrator, we supply manufacturer-independent systems such as Siemens WinCC, TIA, B&R Automation Studio, Beckhoff TwinCAT and Rockwell Studio 5000 or GE products such as iFix.

From the operator panel with simple text display to the PC-supported PCS7 process control system or transfer control, robot integration. Alternatively, C# applications or standardised interfaces such as OPC or ODBC to databases (e.g. SQL) can also be implemented.

We develop the right robot software solution for you. As a Certified System Integrator (CSI) of Universal Robots, among others, we can offer you extremely flexible cobot solutions with these multi-talents. The range of robots from KUKA such as KR CYBERTECH or the new SCARA and DELTA robots, which are also programmed by our programmers, here with the new KUKAs System Software (KSS), complete our portfolio in robot-based applications..

Electrical construction

The electrical design created with the EPLAN CAD system is the basis for the concrete realisation of your project. It builds on the results of basic engineering and converts them into production and assembly planning, definition of the measuring point layout, circuit diagrams, wire lists, cable lists and 3D control cabinet layout as a digital twin. This forms the basis for our highly automated processes, such as fully automatic wire set production or control cabinet processing.

EPLAN Fluid forms the unrestricted link between hardware and fluid technology and is therefore the perfectly integrating fluid engineering tool.

We have experienced design engineers who specialise in solutions with ATEX and/or in accordance with North American standards UL/CSA.

As a UL-certified and listed partner of UL Germany in the UL508A panel shop programme (NITW.E526404 - Industrial Control Panels), we are also certified and listed in the panel shop "Industrial Control Panel Relating to Hazardous Locations with Intrinsically Safe Circuit Extensions (NRBX.E527084)".

When selecting the materials, which we procure and manage directly via the EPLAN <-> ERP software interface, we emphasise the latest and most innovative technologies, fully in line with our customers' standards.

MECHANICAL 3D CONSTRUCTION

From concept development to the smallest detail of your product solution

As a design office, we work closely with you to develop complete test equipment and fixture constructions, as well as special machines or robot cells.

When developing the design, we work closely with our colleagues from the electrical planning and software departments. This results in an optimally harmonised overall mechatronic system made by ETU.

But we are equally happy to assist you with the adaptation or expansion of existing systems and the digitisation of old drawings and systems.

To do this, we have to keep breaking new ground, and modern 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor and 2D AutoCAD help us to find an unconventional solution that is customised to your needs. BThe specialised Safexpert software in the planning departments supports us in the creation of risk assessments and compliance with all standards.

Would you like to experience your system live before completion? No problem for us. Thanks to our Industrial Physics simulation software, we can bring your system to life virtually.

Control cabinet construction and EMSR technology

Whether control, measurement or power cabinets with high-current drive technology or combined with fluid technology: the specified tasks are prefabricated by our specialist staff in accordance with European or US standards and, if required, the entire system is assembled and tested in our production hall.

We are able to react extremely flexibly to the integration of product changes in production, not at least thanks to optimised supply chain, documentation and deadline management as well as logistics.

On request, we can also supply all versions with explosion protection for zones 0, 1 and 2, naturally with ATEX certification.

As a UL-certified and listed partner of UL Germany in the UL508A panel shop programme (NITW.E526404 - Industrial Control Panels), we are now also certified and listed with the panel shop "Industrial Control Panel Relating to Hazardous Locations with Intrinsically Safe Circuit Extensions (NRBX.E527084)".
